Stepping into a new dance or fitness environment can seem intimidating, but we are here to assure you that you will feel comfortable and fit right in! Here is everything you need to know for your first day of Klass!

I'm new. Where do I start?
Whatever you are looking for dance and/or fitness wise, we have you covered. We have many Klasses that are strictly just fitness and many Klasses that are strictly just dance- we also have a couple that combine both dance AND fitness! You do NOT need to be a dancer to come to Klass! Our fitness Klasses are designed for anyone who wants to get a great workout in. All of our fitness Klasses are go-at-your-own-pace and you choose your own weights so we can cater to all levels of fitness. Our low impact Fitness Klasses include Tone It, Yoga Flow and Yoga Sculpt. Our high impact Fitness Klasses include Burn It, Fuel Up and Sculpt It. Our strength-based workouts include Shred It and Shape Up. If you are a dancer that is just starting out, we recommend any of our beginner Klasses or Turn Up (a dance fitness Klass). If you are an experienced dancer, our intermediate or advanced Klasses will be sure to challenge you and grow your confidence.
If you are new to Klass, we have a $10 Unlimited Intro Week for you to try our dance and fitness Klasses! We recommend trying as many Klasses as you can during that week so you can find your perfect Klass schedule. If you need any help registering for Klasses, feel free to chat with us on the bottom righthand corner or walk in to the first Klass you are planning to take during your Unlimited Intro Week. If you do plan on walking in, please be there 10 minutes early for Klass to ensure you have ample time for registration. When you walk into Klass for your first dance or fitness Klass, you can check in with our Front Desk Hype Squad and let them know that you are new! They will give you a quick Klass tour and make sure you are set up for success!
If you are interested in personal training, head to the bottom of any page of our website and fill out our interest form. A representative will reach out to you to schedule your free consultation. From there, we will set you up with the perfect trainer for you based on your goals and your budget. We have trainers specializing in different aspects of fitness and nutrition and are experienced in working with all fitness levels. They are here to help you achieve your goals!
What do I need to bring?
If you are taking a dance Klass EXCEPT for heels, please just bring yourself. If you are taking a heels Klass, please bring your own non-marking sole heels. If you are new to heels, we recommend a bootie that has strong ankle support.
If you are taking a fitness Klass, no need to bring anything! We provide all the equipment that you need. Our fitness Klasses use mats, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, bosu balls, benches, sliders, resistance bands, and TRX.
If you are a personal training client, no need to bring anything! We have a brand new fully equipped gym that will guarantee a phenomenal workout!
Sweat towels, gum, and hair ties are all there for you complimentary.
We have waters, energy drinks, and protein shakes available for purchase.
In our shower room, we have shampoo. conditioner, body wash, face wash, lotion, dry shampoo, towels, disposable hair brushes, deodorant, and feminine products all available complimentary.
Where should I park?
We have free street parking right outside of Klass. We also have a parking lot kitty corner from the Klass entrance in the Livefront parking lot that is available before 8am and after 5pm. Please do not park behind the building.
How much does it cost?
If you are new to Klass, we have a $10 Unlimited Intro Week or a $90 Unlimited Intro Month for our dance and fitness Klasses. After your Intro Klasses, we have different pricing options. We have single sessions for $16, 5 Klass Packs for $70, 10 Klass Packs for $130, 15 Klass Packs for $180, and an Unlimited Klass Pass for $129.
If you are interested in personal training, your consultation is FREE! During your consultation, you will receive a Klass tour, we will talk about your health/wellness goals, and we will find the perfect trainer for you. We have 45-minute and 60-minute sessions with our hand-picked trainers. Our trainers vary in pricing based on their experience. All of our trainers have at least 2 years of experience in the fitness industry and have an extensive amount of knowledge to aid you in achieving your goals. Our personal training pricing ranges from $45-$120 per session based on the session time, frequency, and trainer. Within this pricing you receive your individualized personal training sessions, 24/7 gym access with workout programs designed by your trainer, nutritional guidance, body composition scans, and an app that allows 24/7 communication with your trainer. We have packs ranging from 6-24 sessions or recurring monthly payment plans.
