Heels 201 with Lydia Nicole is the next step on your heels journey! It is a true intermediate heels class focused on technique, freestyle, and performance. Whether you’re finding your way back to dance or you’ve been consistently attending heels classes and are ready for the next challenge- this class is the push you need! It is a step up from Heels 101- technique across the floor and choreography is taught at a faster pace with a greater emphasis on freestyle. Come work on your heels technique in an inclusive, uplifting environment of dancers eager to train! Klass is in session!
