Int/Adv Contemporary Pop Up with Jen
Int/Adv Contemporary is an expressive, choreography-based klass designed for experienced dancers ready to move with depth, intention, and artistry. Each session begins with a guided warm-up, followed by learning a contemporary combo that emphasizes musicality, dynamics, and emotional connection.
Dancers will be challenged to pick up movement quickly while exploring texture, fluidity, and performance quality. This klass is ideal for those with prior dance experience who are looking to grow their artistry, refine their movement, and fully immerse themselves in the choreography.

Heels 201
Heels 201 with Lydia Nicole is the next step on your heels journey! Whether you’re finding your way back to dance or you’ve been consistently attending heels classes and are ready for the next challenge- this class is the push you need! It is a step up from Heels 101- technique across the floor and choreography is taught at a faster pace with a greater emphasis on freestyle.
