Join us for a fast-paced Intermediate/Advanced Circuit Style Strength Klass, where we focus on building strength and stability for the lower body through targeted and compound exercises focusing on the legs, hips, glutes, and core. Excellent for dancers, athletes, and anyone looking to improve their balance and build muscle. Blending together weighted and HIIT circuits, get ready to work your body in a fun and challenging way. Come sweat and build a stable and strong lower body!


Cancellation Policy

There will be no cash refunds available after purchase. If you cancel more than 12 hours prior to the start of Klass, you are able to keep your purchased Klass session and use it towards another session. Your session will automatically go back into your account. If you cancel within the 12 hour window or no-show, your Klass session will be forfeited and you will be charged an $5 late cancel/no-show fee. If the business cancels or closes due to unforeseen circumstances, you will not be charged a fee/lose your session and your session will go back into your account to use at a later date.
