Find your unique feminine movement as you slow down and listen to what your body needs and loves as we turn down the lights and sink into deep full-body sensual stretching before moving on to connecting more deeply to music to create your own dance, while beginning to understand your erotic essence in flow. This unique 2-hour workshop will challenge you to look deeper into using your body to express your sensual being, and ways that you can bring the truth of who you are into your movement practice. ​ No experience necessary. For anyone who wants to feel feminine. ​ Wear what makes you feel like a goddess: something comfortable and moveable, it can be a long dress or shorts or yoga pants or a tennis skirt or full-on lingerie sexy if you're exploring that. Bring layers or another outfit to try. Knee pads are recommended, shoes are optional- if you love them, bring them.
